International legalization of qualifications with the help of the certification procedure is the confirmation of compliance of the educational qualification of the PLATONICK project participant with the European educational standards.

 

Individuals, who have graduated from the higher education institution of the developing country and have received the corresponding diploma, can take part in the program. In addition, persons, who need to improve their educational level or require the grounds for successful international academic and professional mobility, can also enrol in the program.

 

The program is implemented as the further education mechanism. In the framework of the program the final certification of knowledge confirms the compliance of the educational qualification with the European educational standards. Such compliance is verified by the Certificate of quality of education and the Europass Diploma Supplement to the basic higher education diploma.

 

The program of international legalization of educational qualifications under the Europass standards is first of all aimed at verifying the educational competencies, as well as their formalization by documents in accordance with the unified requirements established by the European commission and the UNESCO/(CEPES). 

 

In order to complete the program of verification of the educational qualification a participant of the PLATONICK project must take part in the field-specific championships in scientific analytics of the PLATONICK at least three times during the calendar year (submit three scientific papers) and receive the average expert assessment score of 6.0 and over.

 

Successful completion of the program is verified by the Certificate and the Europass Diploma Supplement issued by the Academy to the basic higher education diploma of the corresponding person as the European confirmation of the qualification and its quality. Additional educational load mastered by the corresponding person in the course of this program is verified by the special annexes to the Diploma Supplement and the Europass Mobility.

Scientific and analytical program of improvement of educational and professional qualification of scholars (hereinafter referred to as the program) is the educational procedure aimed at stimulation of scientific and analytical creative activity of scholars and high-quality expert appraisal of original scientific papers of the program participants.

 

Further education is acquired by the program participant in the form of improved educational and professional competence, as well as the increased potential of the field of implementation of scientific and analytical activities and innovative work.

 

Successful completion of the program by the applicant assumes that such person masters the exclusive methods of carrying out the scientific and analytical work and new arrays of knowledge. In addition such person develops innovative original approaches to solution of pressing scientific problems.

 

This kind of scientific and educational activity is a combination of collective professional interactions with colleagues, self-education, and expert appraisal of the outcome of scientific studies. After completion of the program the applicant acquires the additional competencies and thereby develops a corresponding professional qualification, which expands his or her educational status.

 

So what are the contents of the competence? Let’s take a look.

 

These are the ability to conduct profound analytical studies, the ability to solve highly complex scientific problems, inclination to think in the original way and to offer analytical innovations, the ability to hold professional discussions at the high scientific level, the ability to categorize and optimize the scientific data, considerable teaching potential.

 

Requirements to the applicant: full higher education and regular scientific studies verified by the actual bibliography. An additional benefit would be the scientific qualification — the scientific degree in the corresponding branch. In exceptional cases especially talented students of the universities who have not yet received the Master’s degree can take part in the program.

After completion of the program the applicants can acquire the following qualifications:

  

if an applicant accumulates at least 40 credits in the course of the program or submits at least 5 original scientific papers with the average expert assessment score of 6.0 — Investigator of scientific and analytical problems in the corresponding branch;

if an applicant accumulates at least 100 credits in the course of the program or submits at least 6 original scientific papers with the average expert assessment score of 6.5 — Master of scientific analytics and discussion-based rhetoric in the corresponding branch;

if an applicant accumulates at least 200 credits in the course of the program or submits at least 7 original scientific papers with the average expert assessment score of 7.0 — Expert in scientific analytics and discussion-based rhetoric in the in the corresponding branch;

if an applicant accumulates at least 250 credits in the course of the program or submits at least 7 original scientific papers with the average expert assessment score of 7.5 — Grand Expert of scientific analytics and discussion-based rhetoric in the in the corresponding branch;

 

Credits can be accumulated by participants of championships in scientific analytics of the PLATONICK project in accordance with the rules of the prize regulations of the Academy.

 

The program can take from one to three calendar years. The length of the program depends on the intensity and success or efficiency of participation of the applicant in the PLATONICK project. In the accelerated mode of the program implementation it may even take only several months.

 

If a program participant takes part in championships in scientific analytics at least three times in the course of the program, or accumulates at least 20 credits within this period of time, or if the average expert assessment score of his or her original scientific papers is over 6.5, such applicant has the right to compensate the insufficient credits by doing the following:

 

submit the professional essay on the free topic related to the subject of the corresponding branch for expert appraisal under the 10-point grading scale;

if the average expert assessment score is from 7 to 10, the applicant will have to additionally compensate the insufficient number of credits in accordance with the rule that 1 credit is equal to 1€.

 

Additional competencies and the qualification acquired by the applicant in the course of the program are verified by the educational and qualification diploma of the Academy, as well as the Diploma Supplement and the Europass Mobility.

The certification format of the project allows every person concerned, who has completed the full or partial course of higher, professional or further education, to get his or her special qualification (or the new knowledge) assessed by undergoing the international expert certification.

 

In order to enroll in the program the interested person must have the document verifying the fact of completion of the educational course of any level and type (including the separate disciplines within the large-scale educational cycle). Existence or absence of any kind of certification within such course does not matter. Persons, who have acquired all kinds of special knowledge through self-education, can also take part in the program.

Algorithm of the program:

  •  
  •  Any kind of special knowledge or qualification, which is the independent and full educational discipline or the scientific problem, can be subject to certification.
  •  Participants of the program express their will to undergo the international expert certification within the specific discipline in the free-form.
  •  The Expert Board of the Academy formulates and provides the list of five questions directly connected to the discipline chosen by the applicant (the questions may be stated in the original manner, but do not require too extensive answers).
  •  Participant of the program answers the questions offered by the Expert Board in a free form and sends these answers back to the Expert Board within three days.
  •  Certification of knowledge of the program participant, manifested in his or her answers to the questions, is to be completed within three days in accordance with the joint decision of the Expert Board.
  •  The certification will be successful if the Expert Board considers all five answers to be fundamentally correct.
  •  The Expert Board analyzes every answer, gives the corresponding marks under the 10 point grading scale, and explains the disagreement with certain answers.
  •  Successfully completed certification is verified by the Attestation Certificate of Quality of Education, which is sent to the participant of the program in the electronic form.
  •  In the framework of the program every person can additionally undergo the analytical certification of the level of his or her knowledge in order to acquire the qualification “Analyst” in the corresponding field. In this case the applicant must successfully answer all questions of the Expert Board, and in addition submit the original certification paper (field specific scientific paper with the subject selected by the author) for publication in the field specific scientific Journal of the Academy. This scientific paper will be analyzed by experts in the framework of the PLATONICK project. If this paper receives the average expert assessment score of at least 6.0 under the 10-point grading scale, the analytical certification will be considered successful. The qualification “Analyst” is verified by the Academy diploma, as well as the Europass Diploma Supplement and the Europass Mobility.

SCIENTIFIC AND ANALYTICAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS — MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF SCIENTIFIC ANALYTICS (MBA-SA) (QUALIFICATION IMPROVEMENT IN THE EXCLUSIVE MINI-MBA FORMAT)

A brief algorithm of implementation of cyclic scientific and analytical educational programs MBA-SA (qualification improvement in the exclusive mini-MBA format):

  •  
  • Participation in at least 3 international scientific and educational certification-related conferences under the MBA-SA program throughout the calendar year;
  • international peer reviewing (assessment) of original papers and actions of the participant (testing, participation in the evaluation of other participants’ papers, participation in scientific discussions and communications) in conferences within the MBA-SA program;
  • Payment of a fee for participation in each conference under the MBA-SA program;
  • Publication of a participant’s scientific papers in international collections of scientific papers (collective monographs) of the IASHE with the possibility of publication of scientific papers in the scientific journals of the IASHE;
  • If the participant fails to accumulate the number of points required to receive an average attestation score of no less than 7.0 (10-point grading scale) after 3 conferences, such participant can participate in subsequent conferences (until the total average expert assessment score reaches the required number);
  • Printing and delivery of educational documents.

The Academy implements the partnership format of the British Department program in the framework of cooperation with the higher education institutions. This program allows students of the Universities to master the syllabus of their educational institution in a standard mode, but simultaneously receive the British further education diploma of the Academy within one or several field specific disciplines of the University. It is reasonable to take part in this program in relation to those specific disciplines, which in future will form the basis for a young specialist’s career.

 

Status of the program. It is the joint international project in the field of providing the British competencies of further education in relation to the basic higher education to all persons concerned.

Algorithm of the program:

  •  
  •  Only interested students take part in the project;
  •  The student takes part in the project simultaneously with the corresponding educational course of the University syllabus;
  •  Certification of knowledge in the framework of the project is carried out through admission of the person certified in the corresponding university program to the subsequent or simultaneous public certification in the Academy;
  •  When a student undergoes the final public certification in the Academy, he or she will have to publish the field specific certification paper in the scientific analytics championships of the PLATONICK project and receive the expert assessment score of at least 6.0. Diploma cum laude or the additional International certificate of quality of knowledge (depending on the actual success of the applicant in the corresponding program of the University) can be granted if the corresponding person receives the expert assessment score of at least 7.5.
  •  

After successful completion of the final certification the student will be granted the following educational documents, which characterize the acquired competence and the educational qualification “Analyst” in the corresponding field: European (British) diploma, Europass Diploma Supplement and the Europass Mobility.

 

Diploma cum laude or the additional International certificate of quality of knowledge (depending on the actual success of the applicant in the certification program) can be granted if the corresponding person submits the scientific paper to a championship in scientific analytics of the PLATONICK and receives the expert assessment score of at least 7.5.

Together with the higher education institutions the Academy can offer programs of training the specialists with especially demanded or exclusive competences in the format of further education. For instance, these are the programs for training the international arbitrators, specialists in the field of crisis and innovative management etc.

 

The Academy is ready to initiate such programs in the field of law, economics, management, marketing, psychology and political studies.

Depending on the requirements of the labour market and the educational services market, as well as the interest of parties willing to initiate the joint educational programs, we can launch programs aimed at training specialists in any field, with different sets of knowledge and skills.

Educators: teaching staff of any program may be formed in different combinations and proportions of educators from the specific university, as well as invited domestic and foreign specialists.

 

Learning materials: depending on the contents of the program learning materials may be electronic or printed. They may include the courses of lectures and additional literature.

On the basis of an agreement with the organizers of external (third-party) scientific events (congresses, conferences and other forums), the Academy can implement its own separate educational programs in relation to the authors of scientific papers presented at such events.
